Founded in 2005, Huilerie El Allem is a family-owned olive oil mill based in Tunisia’s Sahel region — a land celebrated for producing some of the world’s finest olives. At the heart of OleaJoy is a legacy of passion passed down from father to son: Mr. Hechmi Hmimed and his son Mr. Anis Hmimed, who built their vision on heritage, quality, and ambition.
Nestled near the coastal city of Monastir, our mill combines time-honored harvesting methods with modern cold-extraction techniques. Every drop of OleaJoy reflects generations of know-how, nurtured by the Mediterranean sun and pressed with care to deliver elegant, vibrant, and healthful oils.
With a storage capacity of 4,000 tons and a fully equipped quality lab on-site, OleaJoy is not just a brand — it is a promise. A promise of purity, transparency, and excellence in every bottle.
