OUR PROCESS
Washing

Hand Harvesting
We begin in the groves — olives picked gently by hand, using traditional methods that preserve quality and protect the trees.
Olives are cleaned with fresh, drinkable water to remove leaves, dust, and impurities — ensuring only the fruit moves forward.

Blending
The olive paste is softly blended to encourage the release of oil — enhancing aroma and texture without compromising purity.
Cold Crushing
We cold-crush the olives using mechanical means only — no heat, no chemicals. This keeps the flavor, nutrients, and integrity fully intact.
